Warranty, Returns & Shipping

1. Length of Warranty
The warranty term for new alcohol/water injection systems purchased from Torqbyte is one (1) years beginning on the date of the invoice for the original purchaser, as further described below. All other parts and upgrades sold separately from the methanol/water injection systems carry a ninety (90) day term as described. Refunds will be issued within 48hrs of the faulty item being returned should a replacement not be required/desired, replacement items will be sent on the same delivery service as the original ordered item.

2. What is Covered Torqbyte warrants the original purchaser that only the products it sells are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty also covers damage due to the shipping of products to you. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, acts of third parties, servicing not authorized by Torqbyte, Product modification or repairs (this includes products disassembled), usage not in accordance with instructions accompanying the product(s), failure to perform required preventive maintenance, including but not limited to cleaning filters, and problems caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Torqbyte. Torqbyte are not liable for any time or costs incurred if faulty items are not fitted by our own workshop. This includes any return postage costs. Items returned with damaged or missing warranty labels are not covered by our warranty.

3.Return Policy
Torqbyte will not accept any returns after thirty (30) days beginning on the date of the invoice unless Pre-Approved. For a return RMA you must contact Torqbyte for approval. The item must be un-installed in the original box, in new, unused condition. You must have your original receipt and must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. All returns after 14 days opened or unpackaged returns are subject to a fifteen (15) percent re-stocking including the original shipping charge (excluding faulty items). You are responsible for shipping the item to us at your expense.

4. Shipping Damage & Discrepancies
If you receive your order with incorrect or missing components, you must notify Torqbyte in the manner described above within 72hrs of receipt. In the event of shipping damage you must also notify Torqbyte in the manner described above, Photo evidence may be required to process the claim with the courier along with possibly the item to be returned to Torqbyte. 
Small uk orders are shipped on a 24hr service normally with Royalmail, larger items on a 24/48hr service with DPD/DHL, European orders will be shipped on a 3-5 working day service and a 5-7 working day service for the rest of the world.
